for 10 plus years.
I’ve been a manager at major retailers selling golf clubs, doing repair work and growing the business.
I have worked for small companies too. I prefer smaller companies as a customer too. It is much more personal and you will see the same guy time after
time. I’ve had some of the same customers for 8 years or so at my small shop. I’ve sold their kids starter sets… then Mizuno blades for their college
tryouts.
I researched getting into the private club side of things. After a lot of thought I decided that I only like those clubs for playing golf and
socializing, not to work. Long tough hours.
All in all I have fitted thousands of sets, tens of thousands of drivers and woods. Helped golfers adjust their sets to fit what they want to get out
of their game. Over the last 2 years I’ve done about 200 putter fittings and about 100 ball fittings. Those two are the most important fits and the
newest too.
